Eligibility and Prize Information
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who are permanent legal residents of the 47 United States of America (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, and other USA Territories).
