ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.

Grand Prize #1 – Maximum of six grand prize #1 awards available (one per Festival): Each Grand Prize #1 winner will receive:

Two General Admission tickets to their designated Malibu Festival (per outlined above);

Any seat locations, if applicable, will be as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, based upon availability.

One $1,000 travel stipend, awarded in the form of a gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy; and

One Malibu merchandise gift pack, consisting of the merchandise items as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, with an approximate retail value of $50.

Approximate retail value of each grand prize #1 prize award is $1,250.

Grand Prize #2 – Maximum of seven grand prize #2 awards available: Each Grand Prize #2 winner will receive:

Two General Admission tickets to their designated Malibu Festival (per outlined above);

Any seat locations, if applicable, will be as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, based upon availability.

One $250 travel stipend, awarded in the form of a gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy; and

One Malibu merchandise gift pack, consisting of the merchandise items as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, with an approximate retail value of $50.

Approximate retail value of each grand prize #2 prize award is $500.
