ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who are Mastercard cardholders whose account was opened by a participating Mastercard financial institution (as described below) & who are legal permanent USA residents (including D.C.), & the legal age of majority (which is eighteen in most states but is nineteen in Alabama & Nebraska & twenty-one in Mississippi) in their state of residence before 4/1/19. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico & where prohibited by law.
