Sign up in each of the OpiEnd YOUTH CHALLENGE events for a chance to win CASH.
Follow the instructions on your choice of MOE and submit it along with the parental permission slip before the submission end date.
Three cash prizes available with $1,000 for third place,$3,000 for second place and grand prize of $5,000.
Entries accepted through September 20th.
Open to ages 9-14 years old.

Eligibility and Prize Information
ELIGIBILITY: The Centene Corporation® "OpiEnd Youth Challenge" is offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 9 years old and not older than 14 at the time an entry submission is actually submitted in accordance with these Official Rules.
GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive: up to $1,000 (ARV $1,000). A state may elect to award the Bonus State Prize to a non-profit organization in place of the entrant. In such a case, the Non-profit organization shall be decided at the state and Sponsor's discretion.
