ELIGIBILITY: /p>To enter, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), and be 18 years of age or older. If you are 18 but have not reached the age of majority to contractually obligate yourself in the State where you reside (19 in Alabama and Nebraska), then you must have consent of a parent or legal guardian.
