ELIGIBILITY: The Contest and Sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. If Entrant is a minor in his/her state of residence, Entrant must have the consent of such person's parent or legal guardian to enter.

Judging will be based on the following criteria :

A. Relevance of the Essay to the Contest theme – (25%; up to 25 points)

B. Why is this person extraordinary and how does she or he go above and beyond? (50%; maximum score of 50 points)

C. How persuasive is the Essay in expressing why the Nominee has a positive impact on you. (25%; maximum score of 25 points)

Nominee Grand Prize: One Grand Prize awarded to Nominee named in the Essay with the highest score. Nominee Grand Prize winner will receive Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00).

Nominator Grand Prize: One Grand Prize awarded to the Nominator/Entrant of the Essay with the highest score. Nominator Grand Prize winner will receive Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00)

Nominee Second Prize: One Second Prize awarded to Nominee named in the Essay with the second highest score. Nominee Second Prize winner will receive Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).

Nominator Second Prize: One Second Prize awarded to the Nominator/Entrant of the Essay with the second highest score. Nominator Second Prize winner will receive Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00)

Nominee Third Prize: One Third Prize awarded to Nominee named in the Essay with the third highest score. Nominee Third Prize winner will receive Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).

Nominator Third Prize: One Third Prize awarded to the Nominator/Entrant of the Essay with the third highest score. Nominator Third Prize winner will receive One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)

ADDITIONAL PRIZES: Six prizes per Drawing Period (48 Total prizes) One year supply of Nutella hazelnut spread awarded in the form of two cases of fifteen 13 oz. jars (ARV: $128 each; Total ARV $6,144). Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries submitted (including those rolled over as non-winning entries from the prior Drawing Period) during each Drawing Period
