Eligibility and Prize Information

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal residents of the states of PA, MD and WV who have reached the age of majority in the state in which they reside, as of Game Start Date.

FOUR WINNERS: Prize value is determined by the average retail price of regular gasoline at Rutter's, during the month of the current year in which the winner is selected. Average price per Gallon multiplied by fifteen multiplied by fifty-two. Value of prize as of March 31, 2021 is $2,336.10.

TWO WINNERS: One prize of $2,500.00 in Rutter's Gift Cards, valued at, and limited to, $2,500.00
