ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States or District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of Sweepstakes start date (except in Alabama and Nebraska where you must be 19 years of age or older to enter the Sweepstakes) and at the time of entry and through the completion of the Sweepstakes have internet access, an email address (which must remain the same throughout the Sweepstakes) and are a fan of the DaycareBibs Facebook Fan Page.
