ELIGIBILITY: Open ONLY to active SiriusXM subscribers (self - paid or an introductory trial )

continuously since July 2, 2019 while meeting other geographical Conditions of Entry (see Official Rules), who are at least 18 years of age at time of Entry.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air transportation for two to Boston, MA, from a major commercial airport in the continental United

States, nearest to winner's primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one hotel accommodation for two nights (one double occupancy room and room tax only), checking in Friday August 16, 2019 and checking out Sunday August 18, 2019; two tickets to see Train and The Goo Goo Dolls at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, MA on Saturday August 17, 2019; and the opportunity for winner & guest to meet Train and The Goo Goo Dolls at the show (subject to their availability).
