ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand-prize winner and a guest will receive a trip to California including two nights double occupancy hotel accommodations in Napa Valley, CA, one night double occupancy hotel accommodations in San Francisco, CA, roundtrip economy-class airfare to Northern California, welcome and farewell dinners for two, bocce game with the Mondavis at the vineyard, rental car for duration of stay, $250 AMEX gift card for spending money and a commemorative gift bag. Grand-Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Grand-Prize winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, fuel, parking, gratuities and hotel incidentals. Trip must be taken by June 30, 2021. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply (i.e., holiday weekends, etc.). Alcohol is not part of the prize. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change based on availability and Sponsor's approval. Once travel is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted and no extensions or exceptions apply. Grand-Prize winner and companion must present valid identification prior to ticketing. Airline carrier's regulations apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Other restrictions may apply. Grand-Prize winner's guest must be at least 21 years of age.

Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $3,950, but actual final value of trip may vary based on point of departure and ticket availability at time of purchase.

THREE WINNERS: Three First-Prize winners will each receive one $250 pre-paid debit card (not to be used for the purchase of alcoholic beverages). ARV of First Prize is $250.

FIVE WINNERS: Five Second Prize winners will each receive one CK Mondavi & Family bocce set. ARV of Second Prize is $50.

Potential winners will be chosen in a random drawing on or about July 8, 2020 from among all eligible entries received by an independent judging organization whose decision with respect to the selection of the winner and the interpretation of these rules and regulations will be final.
