THE BEACHBODY CHALLENGE®

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States (including the District of Columbia), Puerto Rico, Canada, and the United Kingdom, who are Team Beachbody members (free members are eligible) and at least eighteen years of age or the legal age of majority at the time of entry. Additionally, Finalists (as defined in Section 3 below) must be available to attend the 2020 Team Beachbody Coach Summit, which is currently scheduled to take place on July 16, 2020 through July 19, 2020.

Finalist Prize: Each of the eight Finalists will be awarded a prize consisting of one round trip ticket for the Finalist and one travel companion to the location of the 2023 Team Beachbody Coach Summit, which is currently scheduled to take place on June 22, 2023 through June 24, 2023. The Trip includes:

• round trip coach air transportation for one Finalist and one travel companion between a major commercial airport close to the Finalist's residence selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion and the location of the 2023 Team Beachbody Coach Summit; Sponsor-selected lodging in the destination city consisting of one room for four nights (based on double occupancy)
• admission to the 2023 Team Beachbody Coach Summit for the Finalist and his/her travel companion; reasonable ground transportation to and from the destination airport (provided that Finalist arrives and departs from the hotel with the general Sponsor group)
• USD $100.00 per diem per day for four days

Approximate retail value of the Trip: USD $3,600.00.

Runner-up Prize: Each of the six runners-up (i.e., the six Finalists who do not receive the Grand Prize) will be awarded a prize consisting of Fifteen Thousand Dollars (USD $15,000.00).

GRAND PRIZE: The one male and one female Finalists who earn the highest total scores among their respective gender groups pursuant to the applicable judging criteria in the Final Round will each receive a grand prize of One Hundred Thousand Dollars (USD $100,000.00).

Personally Sponsoring Coach Prize: In the event that a Grand Prize winner or a Runner-up Prize winner answered the Personally Sponsoring Coach Question in the affirmative on their original Preliminary Round Entry, then that personally sponsoring Coach will receive Five Thousand Dollars (USD $5,000.00), subject to the terms and conditions herein ("Personally Sponsoring Coach Prize"). In the event that a Grand Prize winner or a Runner-up Prize winner answered the Personally Sponsoring Coach Question in the affirmative on their original Preliminary Round Entry, then that personally sponsoring Coach will receive Five Thousand Dollars (USD $5,000.00)

All dollar amounts stated in these Official Rules are in U.S. Dollars. The value of the Trip represents Sponsor's good faith determination of the retail value thereof. Total ARV of all prizes: USD $366,800.00 to $406,800 (depending on the number of Personally Sponsoring Coach Prize winners).
