ESPN 104.5 is teaming up with Bud Light again this football season to send you and a guest to the Super Bowl.
If you live in or around the Albany, NY area, here's your chance to try your luck and win.
The $12,000 prize includes a trip to the Super Bowl 54 for two with air, hotel and tickets to the big game.
Other prizes include t-shirts, cozies, and football swag from Anheuser Busch and Saratoga Eagle.

Eligibility and Prize Information
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all eligible USA residents of New York State, age 21 or over with a valid photo state issued ID or driver's license. Each entrant must have a valid street address in the state of New York in order to qualify (a P.O. Box address will not suffice).
GRAND PRIZE: One winner will receive a trip to Super Bowl 54 including:
Airfare for two people
Three night hotel stay
Rental car for three days
Two tickets to Super Bowl 54
ARV $12,000
RUNNER-UP PRIZES: 11 winners will each receive t-shirts, cozies, and football swag provided by Anheuser Busch and Saratoga Eagle.
