ELIGIBILITY: Open to entrants who, at the time of entry, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or Canada (excluding Quebec), (b) 13 years of age or older, and members of Disney Movie Insiders Loyalty Program

ENTRY PERIOD 1 PRIZES

GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive a private screening of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker for the winner and up to 99 guests ("Entry Period 1 Grand Prize"). Sponsor will coordinate with the winner on a time and date for the screening at a first-run movie theater near the winner's residence, as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner and each guest must sign a Liability & Publicity Release in order to participate in the Entry Period 1 Grand Prize. If the winner or any of the winner's guests are a Minor, then such Minor's parent/legal guardian must sign the Liability & Publicity Release. Any guest under 13 years old must be accompanied by such guest's parent/legal guardian. Each parent accompanying a Minor will be considered a guest. The winner and their guests are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to, concession items at the theater and transportation to and from the screening. In the event the winner and/or their guests engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider, in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the screening experience early. Private screening must occur between January 8, 2020 and February 12, 2020, or while Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is in first-run theaters, and is based on availability in the chosen winner's market. While the Sponsor will attempt to schedule the screening in coordination with the winner, Sponsor's decisions with respect to the time, date and location of the screening will be final and binding. Maximum capacity limits apply. Blackout dates may apply. Premium formats excluded. Additional restrictions, including those set forth by an individual theater, may apply. If a screening cannot be scheduled by January 10, 2020, Sponsor may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, declare the winner to have forfeited the Entry Period 1 Grand Prize and Sponsor shall not have any further obligation to such winner. No more than 1 Entry Period 1 Grand Prize will be awarded.

The ARV of the Entry Period 1 Grand Prize is USD $1,000 / CAD $1,314.51.

TEN WINNERS: 10 winners will each receive a limited-edition Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Theatrical Movie Bundle, consisting of 1 backpack, a set of 2 pins, a set of 2 lightsaber straws, a set of 2 beanies, a set of 2 popcorn bowls, 1 collectible metal lithograph, a music playlist and 1 QR code redeemable through the official Star Wars mobile application for a selfie feature ("Entry Period 1 First Prize"). Entry 1 First Prize is not for resale. Movie not included. Additional restrictions may apply. No more than 10 Entry Period 1 First Prizes will be awarded. The ARV of each Entry Period 1 First Prize is USD $120 / CAD $157.74.

ENTRY PERIOD 2 PRIZES

GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive a Walt Disney World® Resort Vacation Package ("Entry Period 2 Grand Prize"). Entry Period Grand Prize includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner's residence to Orlando, Florida for winner and 3 guests; round trip airport transfers to the Walt Disney World® Resort via Disney Magical Express Motor Coach Service (if air transportation is provided); hotel accommodations (1 standard room/quad occupancy) for 4 nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, based on availability; a VIP guide for 1 day (up to 8 hours) during the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize vacation; 4 5-Day Tickets with Park Hopper® Option; a $500 Disney Gift Card (for winner only), subject to restrictions; 1 Memory Maker Product, which includes unlimited Disney PhotoPass® Service photos, including those taken at select attractions and dining locations; and 1 welcome amenity basket. If the winner elects to travel or partake in the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded to the winner. Trip must be taken between May 1, 2020 and April 29, 2021 or Entry Period 2 Grand Prize will be forfeited. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. The actual value of the trip may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation. Any difference between the estimated ARV and the actual value of the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize will not be awarded. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation, and no compensation will be provided for any difference in Entry Period 2 Grand Prize value. Travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Winner and guests are responsible for having valid travel documents including government identification and/or passports. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses not included herein, including airline baggage fees, gratuities, meals, and any other incidental costs or expenses related to participation in the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize. Travel must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Guests of winner must sign and return a travel liability release before travel will be booked. Winner and their guests hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for any part of the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize. Winner will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in, and all in-room charges will be charged to the credit card. Any damage to the room will be the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor bears no responsibility if any event, element or detail of the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize is canceled, postponed or becomes unavailable for any reason. Should any event, element or detail of the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize become unavailable, Sponsor shall have no obligation to the winner aside from providing the remaining portion of the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize, minus any unavailable event, element or detail. No more than 1 Entry Period 2 Grand Prize will be awarded. The ARV of the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize is USD $11,615.24 / CAD $15,268.29.

The Total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes is USD $13,815.24 / CAD $18,160.20.
