ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who are eighteen years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is also only open to legal USA residents residing in the fifty United States or Washington D.C. and is void where prohibited by law.

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize consists of a trip for the Grand Prize winner and one guest to Los Angeles, CA from January 31, 2020 through February 2, 2020 to watch the big game at a party hosted in person by Adam Carolla. The Grand Prize includes round-trip, economy-class air transportation for the winner and one guest from a major airport near winner's residence (as determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA, two nights' hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy). The Grand Prize does not include any meals, gratuities, travel or other expenses not described above.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,000.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.9. Winner selection and notification: At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, one Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in accordance with the deadlines stated in these Official Rules.
