ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open solely to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in his or her state, or territory of residence and are at least 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

GAME PERIOD PRIZES (Two awarded per Game Period): Each winner will receive one exclusive Anthony Davis signed official NBA game basketball. Approximate Retail Value of each prize: $150.00.

GRAND PRIZE : $250,000 awarded in the form of a check

In order for the Grand Prize (outlined below) to be awarded, Anthony Davis of the Los Angeles Lakers must individually accomplish all of the following statistical milestones in any one of the ten games outlined above;

Record a minimum of five Points;

Record a minimum of five Rebounds;

Record a minimum of five Assists;

Record a minimum of five Blocks; and

Record a minimum of five Steals.
