ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of California or Oregon who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: One ] Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of credit of up to $20,000 USD applied to the total price of a Shift vehicle (including fees). One or more additional prizes of lesser value may be awarded, and will be selected in the same manner as the Grand Prize. Winner(s) must arrange for acceptance of their Prize on or before February [15], 2020 or the Prize will be forfeited. The approximate retail value of the Prize is $[ 20,000 ] USD.
