ELIGIBILITY: The Monthly Winner must have proof of a valid U.S. motorcycle license from their state or place of residence in the United States and valid motorcycle insurance to take delivery of the Scooter and failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate Monthly Winner.

One Thousand (1,000) C4® Original: One thousand (1,000) Instant Winners will each receive one C4® Original (30 servings). ARV of each C4® Original Prize: $30.00;

Two Thousand (2,000) C4® Jump Rope Prizes: Two thousand (2,000) Instant Winners will each receive one C4® Jump Rope. ARV of each C4® Jump Rope Prize: $20.00;

SIX MONTHLY PRIZES:

ONE JANUARY MONTHLY PRIZE: One Monthly Winner will receive one Customized Home Gym consisting of the Monthly Winner's choice of exercise, body conditioning and training systems including delivery and installation up to fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000). ARV of January Monthly Drawing Prize: $15,000;

ONE FEBRUARY MONTHLY PRIZE: One Monthly Winner will receive one trip for the Monthly Winner and one guest to Spa in Tucson, Arizona designated by Sponsor consisting of round-trip economy class air transportation between Winner's home and Tucson, Arizona, five nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, on-site meals and activities, ground transportation between airport and Spa resort, and three thousand dollars ($3,000) spending money which will be made payable to the Winner's order in the form of one check. ARV of February Monthly Prize: $15,000.00. In the event the Monthly Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Tucson, Arizona, the air transportation portion of the February Monthly Prize will not be awarded, and Sponsor will provide ground transportation between the Monthly Winner's home and Tucson, Arizona. Sponsor will not reimburse the Monthly Winner for any difference between the cost of ground transportation and the cost of air transportation. The Monthly Winner will be solely responsible for any and all expenses and costs not expressly listed above including, but not limited to, any and all ground transportation between the Monthly Winner's residence and airport of departure, ground transportation while in Tucson, Arizona (other than stated herein), off premise meals and beverages, telephone calls, gratuities, baggage fees, travel upgrades and personal incidentals. The Monthly Winner will be required to provide a credit or debit card at the time of hotel check-in and will be solely responsible for any and all personal expenses charged to the Monthly Winner's hotel room. The Monthly Winner and their Guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents prior to departure. The February Monthly Prize is subject to availability and restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. All air travel is subject to all applicable travel and fare restrictions. All expenses and incidental travel needs, including but not limited to, security fees or taxes, or other expenses or incidentals, are the sole responsibility of the Monthly Winner and their Guest. The Monthly Winner and their Guest will be solely responsible for obtaining valid government issued identification. The February Monthly Prize is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security as required. The February Monthly Prize must be completed by December 31, 2021.

ONE MARCH MONTHLY PRIZE: One Monthly Winner will receive a customized TV and Game Room consisting of the following items designated by Sponsor: four Black Leather Seats with manual recline; one Surround Sound System, one LED Smart 4K UHT, one Pool Table, one Foosball Table and one Upright Arcade Unit including delivery and installation. ARV of March Monthly Prize: $15,000.

ONE APRIL MONTHLY PRIZE: One Monthly Winner will receive his/her choice of one Scooter, Gadgets and Accessories including sales tax and delivery to dealer up to thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000) and up to two thousand dollars ($2,000) to be used towards the payment for costs associated with obtaining a valid U.S. Motorcycle license and for applicable tag, title, registration, license and insurance fees required to take possession of the Scooter at a Scooter dealer designated by Sponsor,. ARV of April Monthly Prize: up to $15,000. The Monthly Winner will be responsible for all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of the Scooter, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the Scooter. The Monthly Winner must take delivery of the Scooter at a time and location determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor (although Sponsor will endeavor, as a courtesy, to select a Scooter dealership close to the residence of the Winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The Monthly Winner must have proof of a valid U.S. motorcycle license from their state or place of residence in the United States and valid motorcycle insurance to take delivery of the Scooter and failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate Monthly Winner.

ONE MAY MONTHLY PRIZE: One Monthly Winner will receive his/her choice of one Premium residential Hot Tub including delivery and installation up to fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000). ARV of May Monthly Prize: up to $15,000. The Monthly Winner will be solely responsible for the installation of any gas line, electrical requirements, structural supports/pads, non-standard plumbing, lighting and landscaping required to complete the installation of the Hot Tub including but not limited to, acquiring and paying for any necessary permits or HOA approvals. The May Monthly Prize must be fully redeemed by December 31, 2021. In the event the Monthly Winner is unable to obtain the necessary permits or HOA approvals to install the Hot Tub or does not own his/her residence, the Monthly Winner may elect to receive a check made payable to his/her order in the amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).

ONE JUNE MONTHLY PRIZE: One Monthly Winner will receive one Motorcycle up to thirteen thousand hundred dollars ($13,000) and up to two thousand dollars ($2,000) to be used towards the payment of applicable sales tax and costs associated with obtaining a valid U.S. Motorcycle license and applicable tag, title, registration, license, insurance and emissions (if applicable) fees required to take possession of the Motorcycle at a Motorcycle dealer designated by Sponsor. ARV of June Monthly Prize: $15,000. The motorcycle will be delivered with standard equipment; any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the Monthly Winner. Color, package, factory options, and other prize specifics to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability, and any upgrades to any of the foregoing will be at the Monthly Winner's sole expense. The Monthly Winner will be responsible for all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of the motorcycle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the motorcycle. The Monthly Winner must take delivery of the motorcycle at a time and location determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor (although Sponsor will endeavor, as a courtesy, to select a Motorcycle dealership close to the residence of the Monthly Winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The Monthly Winner must have proof of a valid U.S. motorcycle license from their state or place of residence in the United States and valid motorcycle insurance to take delivery of motorcycle and failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate Monthly Winner.

ONE ULTIMATE PRIZE: One Ultimate Prize Winner will receive one check made payable to the Ultimate Prize Winner's order in the amount of forty-four thousand four hundred forty-four dollars ($44,444) (the "Ultimate Prize", and collectively with the Instant Prizes and Monthly Prizes, the "Prizes"). ARV of Ultimate Prize: $44,444.

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $2,014,444.00.
