ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who as of the date of their Entry into the Sweepstakes are eighteen years of age or older

GRAND PRIZE: There is one Grand Prize available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes. The "Grand Prize" consists of a trip for the eligible Grand Prize Winner and one travel companion to attend Super Bowl LIV currently scheduled for 2/2/20 in Miami, Florida. The Grand Prize Trip includes the following: round trip ("R/T") economy (coach) class airfare for two people from the major gateway airport within the Eligibility Area and near the Grand Prize Winner's hometown (as determined by Sponsor) to Miami; three consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, double occupancy; room and room tax only) at a hotel in the Miami area (as specifically determined by Sponsor); two tickets to Game (specific seat location at sole discretion of Sponsor); two tickets to NFL Honors event currently scheduled for 2/1/20 the ; and a $250 financial institution issued gift card awarded to Grand Prize Winner.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,000.00 inclusive.

TEN WINNERS: There are ten First Prizes available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each "First Prize" consists of one $50 NFLShop.com gift card. The ARV of each First Prize is $50.00.

Grand Prize and First Prizes may be referred to hereafter individually as a "Prize" and collectively as "Prizes". The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $4,500.

The odds of winning a Prize are determined by the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the Entry Period and are equal regardless of method of Entry.
