ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who meet the following criteria at the time and date of entry are eighteen years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) or older, who (only applicable if using text method of entry) have a registered wireless account with Short Message Services capability and/or wireless internet service, and are a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, protectorates, foreign based United States military installations, and wherever restricted or prohibited by law).

FIVE WINNERS: Five grand prize winners will receive:

Roundtrip economy class airfare for the Prizewinner and one guest to Los Angeles, CA (in the event that the Prizewinner is two hundred miles or less from Los Angeles, CA, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide ground transportation in lieu of air travel and/or provide One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) which may be awarded as cash, cash equivalent, or gift card to such Prizewinner and the difference in value will not be awarded to the Prizewinner).

Standard hotel accommodations in Los Angeles, CA for two nights for the Prizewinner and one guest (one standard room based on double occupancy).

Two tickets to "Warner Bros. Studio Tour" and tickets to a taping of MOM, each of which shall include additional terms and conditions of participation.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered or traded. All other charges, fees, and/or amounts are not included in the Grand Prize.

One payment of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), which may be awarded as cash, or cash equivalent, or in the form of a gift card to such Prizewinner to be used for ground transportation and meals.

Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize: Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00)

TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00)

The potential Prize winners will be selected through a random drawing on or about February 5, 2020 from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will have complete discretion over interpretation of the Official Rules, of administration of the Sweepstakes, and of selection of the winners. Decisions of the Sponsor as to the selection of the winners will be final.
