ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a lawful permanent resident in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Vermont, Puerto Rico and the USA territories and possessions) and at least the age of majority in your state of residence (nineteen in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one in Mississippi, and eighteen in all other states) with a valid Social Security number at the time of entry.

THIRTEEN WINNERS: One prize of $1,000 to be awarded as either a credit or a check to the Entry Period Prize Winner per Entry Period. If an Entry Period Prize Winner has an open Card, the Entry Period Prize will be credited to his/her Card. If the Entry Period Prize Winner does not have an open Card the Entry Period Prize will be awarded in the form of a check. Total approximate retail value of each Entry Period Prize is $1,000. Total ARV all Entry Period Prizes is $13,000.

MONTHLY GRAND PRIZE: One prize of $50,000 to be awarded in the form of a check to each Monthly Grand Prize Winner. Sponsor will withhold 30% of the Monthly Grand Prize and will remit $15,000 to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. Grand Prize Winner will receive a check in the amount of $35,000. Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for any additional taxes due beyond the $15,000. Grand Prize Winner will also be responsible for expenses for handling the tax filings of the Grand Prize. Total ARV of each Monthly Grand Prize is $50,000. Total ARV of all Monthly Grand Prizes is $200,000.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $213,000.
