ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent, legal United States ("U.S.") residents who are physically residing in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), who are twenty-one years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize will consist of one custom director's chair ("Director's Chair") and two tickets for Winner and one guest to virtually attend a film festival selected by Sponsor (exact Film Festival to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).

In the event that the Film Festival is being held in-person only and will not allow virtual attendance, the Grand Prize will include the following:

Roundtrip coach airfare for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major airport located within the United States near Grand Prize Winner's residence (as selected in Sponsor's sole discretion) to a major airport located near the Film Festival.

Hotel room accommodations (as selected in Sponsor's sole discretion) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest located near the Film Festival in one standard, double occupancy room for three nights (ERV of hotel accommodations is $1,200)

Roundtrip transfers for Grand Prize Winner and Guest in location near Film Festival between the airport and hotel accommodations (ERV of transfers is $200)

Two tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend the Film Festival on Sponsor-specified dates, which will occur no later than February 2022.

Grand Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by the issuer. Restrictions may apply. GRAND PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATIONS, PARKING OR TRANSPORTATION BEYOND THAT SPECIFIED ABOVE.

FIVE WINNERS: Each First Prize will consist of the approximate value of one movie ticket per month for twelve months, which will be awarded in the form of twelve Fandango gift cards valued at fifteen dollars ($15) each.
