ELIGIBILITY: open to legal permanent U.S. residents residing in the forty-eight contiguous United States, the District of Columbia (excluding New York and Florida) who are at least the age of majority in his/her state of residence (nineteen in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one in Mississippi and eighteen in all other states) at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: One grand prize winner will be awarded a 2019 can-am® X3™ XRS Turbo R Max Side by Side, having a Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price of approximately $47,000.00 (Color, Options and Accessories to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor).

FIRST PRIZE: One first prize winner will be awarded two KLIM R1 Air Fresh Air Helmets and two KLIM Terra Firma Dust Suit's. Total Approximate Retail Value of the First Prize is $719.93.

SECOND PRIZE: Two second prize winners will be awarded one Thor Spectrum Glove, Thor Pulse Jersey, Thor Pulse Pants, & Thor Sector Helmet. Total ARV of each Second Prize is $276.80. Total ARV of the Second Prize is $553.60.

THIRD PRIZE: Four third prize winners will be awarded one Answer AR1 Voyd Glove, Answer A20 Syncron Voyd Jersey, & Answer AR1 Solid Helmet. Total ARV of each Third Prize is $171.85. Total ARV of all Third Prizes is $687.40.

FOURTH PRIZE: Two fourth prize winners will be awarded one Shreddy T, one Shreddy Jacket, and one Shreddy Flag. Total ARV of each Fourth Prize is $155. Total ARV of all Fourth Prizes is $310.00

Total value of all prizes to be awarded is $49,271.00.

On or about February 1, 2020, ten potential prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing conducted by the Independent Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are based upon their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
