ELIGIBILITY: Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America (excluding USA territories) who have a valid social security or tax ID number, and who are at least eighteen years of age at the time of entry. Promotion may only be entered from and in eligible jurisdictions.

TWENTY WINNERS: Each grand prize winner will receive US $20,000 in the form of a check.

Total ARV of all prizes is US $400,000.

After the end of the Contest Entry Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (collectively, "Contest Judges") will select the thirty-five best Submissions from among all eligible Submissions that were submitted, based on an application of the following criteria:

Concept 50%

Feasibility of action 25%

Passion & dedication 25%

On or about the week of May 10, 2021, Administrator will contact the Finalists to schedule video interviews. Exact date and time of each video interview will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Then, the Contest Judges will conduct video interviews the weeks of March 23rd and March 30th with the thirty-five Finalists using the same criteria listed above to determine the twenty grand prize winners. In the event of any tie at any phase of the judging, the entrant who receives the higher score in the "Concept" category, as determined by the qualified judges in their sole discretion, will be selected from among the tied entrants as the potential prize winner or potential Finalist. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Entry Period and the quality of the Submissions.
