Join the Onnit 6 Challenge and start training using the digital Onnit programs for bodyweight, kettlebell, steel mace or barbell and commit for six weeks to win awesome prizes.
After six weeks you must explain in 500 words how the Challenge has impacted your mental and physical well-being.
Six total winners will be selected to receive a prize package that includes $6,000 cash, $1,000 to shop at Onnit, access to all Omnit 6 programs and so much more.
Semi-finalists will need to submit a video in which they discuss their experience and share their results.

Eligibility and Prize Information
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Samoa, Guam, the USA Virgin Islands and any other USA territories and protectorates) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
SIX WINNERS: The prizes include:
- $6,000 (USD)
- A one-time $1,000 in-store credit for use on Onnit
- Access to all Onnit 6 Programs.
- Trophy: Custom painted 3-Sheets 28kg Kettlebell with Challenge name, category, and year.
- Winners from all Challenges in 2022 (18 people) will be invited to a summit/visit at the end
- of the year. Each winner will get to bring a guest.
- Sponsor will cover booking and purchase of flight for winner and plus ones
- Sponsor will cover booking and purchase of hotel rooms
- Sponsor will cover $100 per diem per person for the visit (2 days)
- Sponsor will cover any team dinners
- Summit length: Friday-Sunday (Friday will be treated as a welcome day)
The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $9,974.95 USD.
