ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of any of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen years of age (nineteen [19] years of age if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) or older at the time of participation

FOURTEEN WINNERS: Fourteen First Prizes will be awarded each consisting of two tickets to a 2020 regular-season NBA Game of winner's choice (subject to availability and Sponsor's approval). Winner must provide a list of his/her top three game choices at the time of prize notification. Any minor guest (under age of 18; 19 in AL or NE) must be accompanied at all times by minor's parent or legal guardian who must be the winner. Final game assignment and seating assignments will be determined by Sponsor and/or the NBA Entities, in their sole discretion and based upon availability. The NBA Entities and Sponsor reserve the right to revoke full or partial prize from winner or winner's guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Sponsor into disrepute.

Transportation and accommodations are not included and are solely the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. Any other expenses or items not specifically listed is the responsibility of winner. Approximate Retail Value : $550.00.

ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SIX WINNERS: One Hundred Twenty-Six Second Prizes will be awarded each consisting of one $20.00 NBAStore.com e-Gift Card (subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer). ARV: $20.00 each.
