ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Alabama, Arizona, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Maine, North Carolina, Nevada, South Carolina, and Vermont) who are at least twenty-one years old at the time of entry.

TWENTY GRAND PRIZES: The grand prize is a $500 pre-paid card. Twenty Grand Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $500. The total ARV of all available Prizes is $10,000.

ONE HUNDRED WINNERS: Each First Prize includes one bucket hat; one beach towel; one fanny pack; one pool float; one cooler bag; and two beverage wraps. Make, model, size, style, and all other specifications of First Prize to be selected by Sponsor. One hundred First Prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes. The ARV of each First Prize is $150. The total ARV of all available First Prizes is $15,000.

The total ARV of all available prizes is $25,000.

The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

On or about April 1, 2020, the Administrator will randomly select twenty potential grand prize winners and one hundred potential first prize winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
