ELIGIBILITY: Open ONLY TO QUALIFIED PERSONS (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW).  VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED.  BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR.  DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND FALL WITHIN THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. 

FIVE WINNERS (one per festival): Each grand prize winner shall receive a trip for two (winner and one guest age 21 or older) to attend the Sponsor designated Festival during the Sponsor designated travel dates (travel dates subject to change, and at Sponsor's sole determination and discretion). Each grand prize has an approximate retail value not to exceed $2,750, and includes:

Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and one guest age 21 or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner's home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing the metro area where the designated Festival is being held.

Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor.

Three -nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in the metro area where the designated Festival is being held (based upon availability).

Arrival and departure dates as solely specified by Sponsor, based upon availability.

Two VIP 3-day tickets to the designated Festival.

No alcoholic beverage is part of any prize award.
