ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: There is one Prize Package available. The Prize consists of one Taylor 327e Grand Pacific acoustic guitar, ARV $2,199.

At the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select one winner of

a Prize from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, as set forth more fully below.
