ELIGIBILITY: Eligible participants must be legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (residents of Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions are expressly excluded from participation in the Promotion) and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence and be at least eighteen years old as of the date of entry.

THIRTY WINNERS: Each Winner will receive a refund of up to $200 total toward all purchases made by the Winner during the Entry Period, including tax and shipping (if applicable). L'OCCITANE reserves the right to substitute another gift of comparable value. If a Winner did not make a purchase and entered the Sweepstakes through the alternative method of entry, then the Prize will be a L'Occitane gift card valued at $200 that may be used online at usa.loccitane.com or at any L'Occitane boutique in the United States. L'OCCITANE reserves the right to substitute another gift of comparable value.

Thirty winners will be selected and confirmed from among all eligible entries in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on or about April 17, 2020. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. One Prize per person regardless of method of entry.
