Zoetis Equine Dental Survey Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry; and own or lease at least one horse during the Promotion Period and at the time of awarding any prize.

THREE WINNERS: Each winner will receive up to $1,000 in equine veterinarian services for one horse's annual dental examination and any resulting dental care for that horse. Dental exam and resulting dental care must be performed by a licensed equine veterinarian; payment of equine dental services will be made by Sponsor directly to winner's equine veterinarian (not to exceed $1,000)
