ELIGIBILITY: Open ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY USA STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST THIRTEEN YEARS OLD AND OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. NO ONE CAN ENTER WHO IS TWELVE YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER.

GRAND PRIZE: Winner will receive Invisalign treatment, with an Invisalign provider chosen at Sponsor's sole discretion, with an ARV of up to $4,875. Actual value of Invisalign treatment may vary and a winner will not receive the difference between the actual value and the stated ARV. In the event a winner is deemed ineligible for Invisalign treatment, is not medically suitable or treatment is not geographically available to winner in Sponsor's sole discretion, he/she will instead receive $1,000, awarded in the form of a check made payable to winner. Once winner's eligibility is verified, he/she will be asked by Sponsor to choose three potential Invisalign providers from the doctor locator at www.invisalign.com/get-started/find-a-doctor. Sponsor will consider winner provider choices, which may or may not be the final Invisalign provider assigned for consultation. Sponsor will arrange for a consultation with the assigned Invisalign provider to determine if the winner is suitable for Invisalign treatment. If the winner is deemed a suitable candidate for treatment by the Invisalign provider, and the winner still wishes to enter into treatment after learning more about Invisalign treatment during the consultation, then Sponsor will issue the winner an Invisalign treatment voucher. Winner will present the Invisalign voucher to the provider, upon which treatment will begin under the direction of the Invisalign provider. Invisalign Voucher applies to all costs directly associated with Invisalign treatment, but does not include other dental work recommended by provider. Five winners will receive Ireland Boys Productions signed merchandise, with an ARV of up to $25. A total of six prizes will be available in the Sweepstakes. The total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes is up to $5,000.

The odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
