ELIGIBILITY: Only legal United States residents residing in the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of the states of Alaska, Hawaii, Oklahoma, and South Carolina, the territory of Puerto Rico, and the metropolitan regions of Las Vegas, NV and Indianapolis, IN; and the New Jersey state counties of Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Morris, Hudson, Sussex and Warren,, who are eighteen years of age or older at the date of entry, are eligible to participate.
