ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered and open to persons who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry in this Sweepstakes.

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize consists of one Vitamix Model: Ascent Series A2300; one Stainless Steel Container; and one auto-graphed copy of Joey Skladany's Basic Bitchen Cookbook.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Six Hundred Eighty Dollars (US$680.00).

NINE WINNERS: Each First Prize consists of one auto-graphed copy of Joey Skladany's Basic Bitchen Cookbook. The ARV of each First Prize is Thirty Dollars (US$30.00)

The ARV of all Prizes to be awarded is Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars (US$950.00).

The Grand Prize and First Prize(s), collectively the "Prizes".

Odds of winning a Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

On or about July 30, 2020, the Prize drawings will be conducted at random by Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.
