ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter.

GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize is available in the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize "Spotlight on New York City Holiday" trip consists of a four day/three night trip to New York City, New York, for the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and one travel companion. The New York Trip includes:

• round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his or her travel companion from a major gateway airport near the Grand Prize Winner's residence in the fifty states of the U.S. or D.C. to New York City, New York, (the Sweepstakes' Grand Prize Winner is responsible for transportation to/from the major gateway airport and air transportation may include one or more stops)
• ground transportation in and around New York City (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion)
• standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy; room rate and tax only) as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion
• three tourist activities (as determined by Travel Service, Inc. and Sponsor in their sole discretion); and up to three meals (alcohol and gratuity not included), which includes two breakfast meals and one dinner meal

The meals/restaurants shall be selected in Collette Travel Service, Inc.'s sole discretion. After a reservation is made for the Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest for any of the activities or meals, that portion of the prize will be deemed awarded, even if the Grand Prize Winner or guest fails to arrive for the activity or dinner.

Total ARV of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($5,780.00).

INSTANT WIN PRIZES

UP TO ONE HUNDRED WINNERS: Up to one hundred Instant Win Game prizes are available and will be issued by Sponsor in the form of a gift card or a Game Show Network Merchandise Box as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, as follows:

• seventy-five Instant Winners will each receive a Gift Card in the amount of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00)
• Twenty-five Instant Winners will each receive a Game Show Network Merchandise Box that includes a tote bag, t-shirt and mug (ARV $25.00)

The total approximate retail value of the Instant Win Game Prizes is Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).

TOTAL PRIZE ARV: Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($8,280.00).

Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of entrants who spin on or just after the randomly seeded designated winning time. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
