ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: The Sweepstakes grand prize consists of a trip to Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya, Mexico for winner and up to four guests (the "Grand Prize Sweepstakes Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize Sweepstakes Grand Prize includes:

• round-trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner's residence (as solely determined by Sponsor and Nickelodeon) to Cancun, Mexico for winner and up to four guests. Any Guest who has not reached the age of majority in their state of residence must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian. Winner and Guests are solely responsible for providing their own transportation to/from their residence(s) and the airport
• four nights/five days hotel accommodations (for parties of four [4] and under: one [1] room, quad occupancy, for parties of five [5]: one [1] room, two [2] queen beds & pullout sofa or such other accommodation arrangement as solely determined by Sponsor and Nickelodeon)
• all meals (excluding dining at on-site restaurant, Kitchen 23), drinks, gratuities, room tax, non-motorized water sports and entertainment
• personal Super Sliming at the Aqua Nick Water Park
• access to one Pajama Jam Character Dining Experience (to be scheduled in consultation with Sponsor and Nickelodeon)
• meet and greet and photo opportunity with Nickelodeon Walk Around Character(s)
• a Nickelodeon Slime Box filled with various Nickelodeon vacation-themed merchandise and Pirate's Booty product
• a Pirate's Booty themed "Unlock Your Treasure" Scavenger Hunt adventure for winner and Guests (to be scheduled in consultation with Sponsor and Nickelodeon)
• non-exclusive ground transportation to/from Punta Cana airport and the hotel
• one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) spending money for winner

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Grand Prize is $26,000.00.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes First Prizes : The Grand Prize Sweepstakes first prize is a 144 ct Pallet of 10oz bags of Pirate's Booty Aged White Cheddar.

The ARV of each Grand Prize Sweepstakes First Prize is $1,007.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes Second Prizes : Each Grand Prize Sweepstakes second prize is a swag bundle that includes a towel, a cooler toss game, beach accessories, and a 6ct of 10oz Pirates Booty Aged White Cheddar.

The ARV of each Grand Prize Sweepstakes Second Prize is $400.

Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 1 Prizes : The Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 1 prize is a swag bundle that includes a water bottle, beach blanket, and dry bag.

The ARV of each Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 1 Prize is $60.

Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 2 Prizes : Each Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 2 prize is a swag bundle that includes a towel, beach toys, and a speaker.

The ARV of each Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 2 Prize is $60.

Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 3 Prizes : Each Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 3 prize is a swag bundle that includes a water bottle, dry bag, and a 40ct of 5oz Pirates Booty Aged White Cheddar.

The ARV of each Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 3 Prize is $40.

Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 4 Prizes : Each Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 4 prize is a 12ct of 4oz Pirates Booty Aged White Cheddar.

The ARV of each Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 4 Prize is $30.

Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 5 Prizes : Each Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 5 prize includes a speaker, a beach ball, and a 6ct of 10oz Pirates Booty Cheddar Blast.

The ARV of each Monthly Sweepstakes Entry Period 5 Prize is $50.

The total ARV of all available prizes in the Promotion is $3,385,203.39. The ARV of the prizes is based on available information provided to Sponsor.

The odds of winning an Instant Prize is 1:10. The odds of winning a Grand Prize Sweepstakes Prize depend on the total number of eligible Grand Prize Sweepstakes entries received from the entrants who found a Key with a Code during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning a Monthly Sweepstakes prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period.

FREE CODE REQUEST: To request a Code without making a purchase from 12:00 AM ET on August 17, 2022 to 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2022, an entrant must send an email to UnlockYourTreasure@prizelogic.com and include his/her full name (no initials), complete street address (no P.O. Box), age, and valid e-mail address. For each E-Mail Request, Administrator will conduct a random drawing based on the same odds as the purchase method (1:10) to determine if the entrant will receive a Code. If the entrant receives a Code per the random drawing, Administrator will send the entrant one Code to the e-mail address requesting the Code. All Codes must be obtained during the Promotion Period.
