ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to permanent legal residents of the continental United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older (or the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE #1: The first Grand Prize Winner selected will receive all of the following:

One Black Kia K5 GT-Line AWD vehicle (the "Vehicle*", having a manufacturer suggested retail price "MSRP" of $27,690)

One $30 Fandango Gift Card (ARV $30)

One "Venom: Let There Be Carnage" themed Mini Fridge (ARV $499)

One Collectors box of each GFUEL flavor (ARV $39.99)

One 4-pack of RTD Cans of each flavor (ARV $10.99)

The total ARV of Grand Prize #1 is $28,269.98

GRAND PRIZE #2: The second Grand Prize Winner selected will receive all of the following:

One Red Kia K5 GT-Line AWD Vehicle* (MSRP $28,135)

One $30 Fandango Gift Card (ARV $30)

One "Venom: Let There Be Carnage" themed Mini Fridge (ARV $499)

One Collectors box of each GFUEL flavor (ARV $39.99)

One 4-pack of RTD Cans of each flavor (ARV $10.99)

The total ARV of Grand Prize #1 is $28,714.98.

FIFTEEN WINNERS: There will be fifteen runner up prizes awarded. The ARV of each Runner Up Prize is $50.98. The total ARV of all Runner up Prizes to be awarded is: $764.70. Each Runner Up Prize includes (a) one 4-pack of RTD Cans of each flavor (ARV $10.99) and (b) one Collectors Box of each flavor (ARV $39.99).

On or about January 7, 2022 two Grand Prize Winners and fifteen runner ups will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are based upon their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects. Odds of being selected as a prize winner are dependent upon the total number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
