ELIGIBILITY: The Game is open to legal residents of forty-nine states of the United States (excluding New Jersey) and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of Game play. The Game is void in New Jersey and where prohibited. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of New Jersey, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of Sweepstakes entry. The Sweepstakes is void outside New Jersey and where prohibited.

PRIZE LIST: The prizes include:

• One Prize, consisting of a three -day/two night trip for winner and one travel companion to Los Angeles, CA (on Sponsor-specified dates) for the "Ultimate Sneakerhead Experience" workshop with the Shoe Surgeon. Trip includes round-trip economy air transportation for winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner's home (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator), two nights' hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), three hour workshop to customize a pair of Sponsor-specified Modelo-branded sneakers each for winner and travel companion, ground transportation from/to airport/hotel, plus $4,400 check for winner (ARV $15,125).
• One Prize, consisting of a three -day/two night trip for winner and up to three travel companions to Los Angeles, CA (departing 7/15/23; returning 7/17/23) to attend the CONCACAF Gold Cup Finals match on 7/16/23. Trip includes round-trip economy air transportation for winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner's home (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator), two nights' hotel accommodations (two rooms, double occupancy), four admission tickets to the match, ground transportation from/to airport/hotel, plus $3,500 check for winner (ARV $13,350).
• Four hundred Prizes, each consisting of two Modelo-branded pool floats and one Modelo-branded Bumpboxx (ARV $417 per prize);
• Three hundred Prizes, each consisting of two Modelo-branded pool floats and one pair of Modeo-branded sunglasses (ARV $283 per prize).
• One Prize, consisting of a five -day/four night trip for winner and one travel companion to Rolling Loud® Miami Festival at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, FL scheduled to take place from July 21, 2023 to July 23, 2023 Trip includes round-trip economy air transportation for winner and travel companion from major airport nearest winner's home (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator), four nights' hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), ground transportation from/to airport/hotel and two 3-day VIP tickets to the Festival, plus $3,000 check for winner (ARV $11,320).
• Five Prizes, each consisting of a Modelo-branded Traeger grill and glassware set with bottle opener (ARV $1,000 per prize).
• Five Prizes, each consisting of a digital gift card code redeemable for $500 towards an Uber ride or towards an order with Uber Eats.
• One Prize, consisting of two Modelo-branded Phat electric scooters plus $1,500 check for winner (ARV $7,500).
• One Prize, consisting of one Modelo-branded Phat electric scooter, one Modelo-branded Bumpboxx, one Sponsor-specified Modelo-branded Traeger grill; one Modelo-branded pool float, a digital gift card code redeemable for $500 towards an Uber ride or towards an order with Uber Eats plus $1,000 check for winner (ARV $6,723).
