ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. The Game is open to legal residents of forty-nine states of the United States (excluding New Jersey) and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of Game Play. The Game is void in New Jersey and where prohibited.

GRAND PRIZE: A three -day/two -night "VIP" trip for winner and up to three travel companions to winner's choice of Grupo Firme concert within the U.S. from a list of Sponsor-specified available concerts. Trip includes:

• round-trip business-class air transportation (subject to availability, based on selected Event's destination) for winner and travel companions from major airport nearest winner's home (as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion)
• two nights' deluxe hotel accommodations (subject to availability, based on selected Event's destination)
• four premium admission tickets for winner and travel companions to the selected Event, special access to a soundcheck prior to the Event, round-trip car service from/to airport/hotel and from/to hotel/Event (awarded in the form of a $500 check for winner)
• $6,500 spending money (awarded in the form of a check for winner), that can be used toward the payment of income taxes associated with prize
• a Prize Pack consisting of one wireless speaker, one Grupo Firme/Victoria Beer-branded jersey (size XL only) and two beverage insulators

Overall approximate odds of winning a Game prize are 1 in 2,000. Overall actual odds of winning a Game prize will depend upon the number eligible Game Plays received during the Promotion Period and the time and date of the Game Play.
