Mott's & Crayola Back To School Design Contest

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry and who are the parent/legal guardian of a child/legal ward between the ages of five and twelve years old at the time of entry. Each Child must also be a legal resident of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. The Instant Win Game is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.

TWO GRAND PRIZES: Two of the six finalists will be grand prize winners and will receive an additional $10,000.00 Tuition Prize and entrant's winning

INSTANT WIN PRIZES: Odds of winning depend on the date/time of entry, the number of prizes remaining available at the time of entry and number of eligible Instant Win Game plays received. The number of prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded.

ENTRY JUDGING: During the Judging Contest Phase, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the three entrants with the highest-scoring Juice Submissions and the three entrants with the highest-scoring Sauce Submissions from among all eligible Submissions based on the following

criteria:

• Creativity/Originality (50%)
• Playfulness (Design is child appropriate, fun and/or engaging) (25%)
• Bright/colorful (25%)
