ELIGIBILITY: Open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty states of the U.S. and D.C. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are currently physically located and residing therein, who are of the age of majority or older in the jurisdiction in which they reside as of September 25, 2022, and who are registered and active Wheel Watchers Club members as detailed in Section 3 below. Entrants must have either a valid Social Security number and/or a valid U.S. Individual Taxpayer Identification Number to participate

PRIZE LIST: This Promotion consists of two separate and distinct individual sweepstakes and one overall sweepstakes: the first sweepstakes consists of twenty individual and separate celebrity $10,000 random drawings (each referred to as a "Celebrity $10,000 Sweepstakes") and the second sweepstakes consists of ten individual and separate celebrity VIP random drawings. The overall sweepstakes pertains to the Celebrity $10,000 Sweepstakes and Celebrity VIP Sweepstakes prize winners only, as described in Section 6 below; persons who enter a Celebrity $10,000 Sweepstakes and/or a Celebrity VIP Sweepstakes and do not become a verified winner will not be entered in the overall sweepstakes. Prospective entrants can enter both a Celebrity $10,000 Sweepstakes and/or the Celebrity VIP Sweepstakes, as further detailed below. Each Celebrity VIP Sweepstakes and Celebrity $10,000 Sweepstakes corresponds to the primetime broadcast of a half-hour episode of the Show (i.e., Celebrity Wheel of Fortune) and two such episodes of the Show will air on the ABC Television Network on each of the dates listed below in the Promotion Chart during the Promotion Period; check your local listings for exact Show time in your time zone.

On each respective start date during the Promotion Period, two Celebrity $10,000 Sweepstakes will run (one per half-hour episode of the Show). In addition, on each respective start date during the Promotion Period, one Celebrity VIP Sweepstakes will run in the first half-hour episode of the Show broadcast on that date. Each individual sweepstakes (whether it is a Celebrity $10,000 Sweepstakes or a Celebrity VIP Sweepstakes) begins at 3:00:00 p.m. PT on its respective start date and ends two days later at 2:59:59 p.m. PT. For example, two Celebrity $10,000 Sweepstakes and one Celebrity VIP Sweepstakes begin on September 27, 2023, at 3:00:00 p.m. PT and end at 2:59:59 p.m. PT on September 29, 2023.
