ELIGIBILITY: The Game is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia or Guam who are eighteen years of age or older (19 or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) at the time of participation.

FREE METHOD OF ENTRY: To obtain a Code without making a purchase, hand print your name, complete address (no PO Boxes), email address and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper and mail it to: 2023 Pepsi Holiday Instant-Win Game Code Request, c/o GSE, PO Box 160, Dept. 23-8107-06, Glencoe, MN 55336-0160 to be received by December 28, 2023. CODE WILL BE EMAILED. Limit one free Code request per hand-addressed, stampedouter envelope. No photocopies or mechanically reproduced requests will be accepted. Sponsor assumes no liability for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, mutilated or postagedue mail or Code requests.

PARTICIPATING ITEMS: To participate in the Game, you will need to obtain a 12-digit UPC Code located on a qualifying product. Codes can be obtained through the "No Purchase Necessary" method of obtaining a Code (see B. below) or by purchasing one or more of the following qualifying products in any flavor, size or variety:
