ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are at least eighteen years old in most states and at least nineteen for residents of Alabama and Nebraska and who are Burger King Royal Perks members at the time of participation.

GRAND PRIZE: A four night trip to Las Vegas, Nevada for winner and up to five guests, to take place before April 8, 2024. Trip Package includes:

• Round trip, first-class air transportation from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, Nevada for winner and up to five travel companions
• four nights' accommodations for six people in one three bedroom suite, specific hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion
• transfers between Las Vegas airport and hotel
• $5,200 in spending money for the winner, to be awarded as a check

Sponsor will also provide Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner a single cash payment in the form of a check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize. The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be $15,000.

For T-Shirt Prizes: Winner will be contacted via email and will be given the opportunity to specify a size (XS, S, M, L; XL, XXL). Sponsor will attempt to honor requests but makes no guarantee that request will be honored (depending on availability).
