I can't find my confirmation key. How do I have it sent again?
To have another confirmation key sent for your account, click here to request a new one.
I've been locked out!?
After attempting to reset your password too many times, you may be temporarily locked from doing so. Please allow a few hours for attempts to clear out of the system and you will be able to reset your password again.
My email address says I do not have an account, but I know I do!?
If your email address is not pulling up an account, please try logging in with one of the social media options. Many times users have accounts through either Facebook or Twitter linked with us to login. This option does not require a password on InfiniteSweeps.
The email confirmation link is not working.
If you are having truble with the confirmation link, please try copy pasting the confirmation key found in the email on the Validate Account Form.. If you are still having trouble, contact at the link below.
