ELIGIBILITY: Each individual entering the Sweepstakes, at the time of entry: must be a legal U.S. resident of AL, MS or OH, must be 21 years or older, must have a valid U.S. driver's license or government issued photo identification and must have access to the internet in order to enter

Grand Prize #1 (2 winners – 1 AL resident and 1 MS resident): Each grand prize winner #1 shall receive:

• Two General Admission 3-day tickets to Hangout Fest in Gulf Shores, AL, scheduled to occur from May 17 – 19, 2024;
• Three -nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in Gulf Shores, AL metro area (based upon availability); check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor, scheduled for Friday, 5/17/2024 – Monday, 5/20/2024 (3-nights);
• One $500 gift card, from the Sponsor designated gift card towards travel stipend, meals, incidentals and/or spending money. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of issuing gift card provider.

Total approximate retail value of each grand prize #1: $3,025. Total ARV of all available grand prize #1 prize awards: $6,050.

Grand Prize #2 (1 winner – OH resident): Grand prize winner #2 shall receive:

• Two General Admission 3-day tickets to Hangout Fest in Gulf Shores, AL, scheduled to occur from May 17 – 19, 2024;
• Three -nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in Gulf Shores, AL metro area (based upon availability); check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor, scheduled for Friday, 5/17/2024 – Monday, 5/20/2024 (3-nights);
• Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and one guest age 21 or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner's home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing the Gulf Shores, AL metro area. Actual departure date, times, airline and airports based upon availability and shall be solely determined by Sponsor (scheduled for 5/17/2024 – 5/20/2024).

NOTE: In the event that airfare exceeds $1,500 at the time of booking, Sponsor reserves the right to award one $1,500 gift card in lieu of airfare, from the Sponsor designated gift card towards travel. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of issuing gift card provider.

Total ARV of grand prize #2: $4,025.

Note: No alcoholic beverage is part of any prize award.
