ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

FIFTEEN WINNERS: Each prize consists of an eBike valued at $2,500, which will be awarded in the form of a check in the amount of $2,500 to each confirmed Winner.

The total value of Grand Prize checks available to be won in this Sweepstakes is $37,500.

No substitutions or transfer of prize by winner permitted. The prize check will be awarded within 6 to 8 weeks of winner confirmation unless otherwise noted. Grand Prize winner bears all risk of loss or theft of their prize after receipt of same has been confirmed.

A random drawing to select fifteen potential winners will be conducted by the Administrator on or about June 7, 2024, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend solely upon the number of eligible entries received. This is a randomized drawing that is not intended to and should not influence any decisions or actions for the benefit of the Sponsor. The promotion is in compliance with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations.
