ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the U.S. and D.C. 21 years or older.

GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize is a trip for two people to attend the 2024 Miami Grand Prix The Grand Prize shall be comprised of:

• Roundtrip coach airfare for Verified Prize Winner and his/her one guest to/from Miami, FL, to/from the closest major U.S. airport to Verified Prize Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor)
• Five nights hotel accommodation, double-occupancy, for Verified Prize Winner and his/her one guest (Check In: Wednesday, May 1, 2024, Check Out: Monday May 6, 2024)
• Two tickets (one each for Verified Prize Winner and his/her guest) for a VIP experience for Miami Race Weekend with Patrón, Friday May 3, 2024 through Sunday May 5, 2024
• One meet and greet session with Sergio "Checo" Perez during Miami Race Weekend at a time to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion
• Roundtrip airport transportation for Verified Prize Winner and his/her guest to/from the hotel in Miami.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $16,000

Odds of winning a Prize in this Promotion depends on the number of eligible Entries received during the Promotion Entry Period. Fooji will be the official time keeping device for the Promotion and all decisions by the Sponsor regarding the timing of Entries and the order in which they are received will be final and binding. Subject to compliance with these Official Rules, on or about 10:00 AM Eastern Time on April 22, 2024, Sponsor will select one Potential Grand Prize Winner in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Entry Period
