ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal permanent United States residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older (except as follows: nineteen years of age or older in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one years of age or older in Mississippi) as of the date of entry, and to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry.

GRAND PRIZE: One $100,000USD Grand Prize to be awarded.  Ultimately, the Grand Prize that will be awarded will be determined by the Sponsor. The participating business entity will be able to advertise their own Grand Prize.

The Grand Prize to be awarded will be determined based on the business entity that received the entry unless it is an AMOE entry and the Grand Prize that will be awarded will be determined by the Sponsor. Grand Prize cannot be substituted, assigned or transferred, except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein.
