ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one years of age at the time of entry.

NINETY WINNERS: The prize is one prize package including a Cuervo Cooler bag and branded swag (details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). There will be ten Prizes awarded each month for a total of ninety Prizes during the Sweepstakes Period.

The ARV of each Prize is $200.

Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Prize will not be awarded.

The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
