ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or D.C., who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in Alaska and Hawaii and where prohibited or restricted by law.

THREE WINNERS: Each winner will get a 2-day/3-night trip for two people [winner and one travel companion] to New York, NY. Prize includes:

• round-trip economy class air transportation for up to two people from a major gateway airport nearest the winner's home to airport near New York, NY
• up to a 3-night stay [one standard room, double occupancy] at a hotel designated by Sponsor (room and tax only)
• a Sponsor-specified prize pack, a $250 ride share gift card, for transportation to/from airports/hotels
• a $500 check (for winner only) that can be used toward the payment of income taxes associated with the prize
