That's wonderful!  Congratulations!  When you claim your prize I'd like to know how to do that.  I've not been able to get that info.

I had an attachment on my email notification that needed to be filled out and scanned back in the computer. I then attached it to a reply to the original notification email. Kind of complicated, but it happens sometimes.
